Realtors Registration
Devonshire Custom Homes agrees to pay an agent commission fee of 2.5% of the contract sales price, excluding any additional upgrades, after closing, on all qualified buyers under the following conditions:
1) The broker/agent must be employed as a licensed Texas real estate agent or broker with an active real estate company.
2) The buyer must not have been previously registered as a prospect by an Devonshire Custom Homes employee.
3) The broker/agent must accompany the prospective buyer in person to the initial visit with Devonshire Custom Homes employee and register the buyer as their client.
4) Broker/agent is expected to guide the homebuyers through the selections process and or set up appointments with vendors. Broker/agent should maintain consistent and reliable communication with an assigned Devonshire Custom Homes from the initial registration until closing.
